About The Less Desirables

Tim Beeman and Brian Attridge started this little podcast back in February, 2010. A little later, Eugene B. Sims, Tim’s best bud joined, first as the Official Third Wheel and then a full-time co-host. The idea of “speaking into the can” was originally thought of over some drinks at the “Official Emerald Isle” of The Less Desirables, Finnigan’s Wake. Brian left to explore different ventures and eventually, so did Eugene. Caitlin Weaver, president of the Winston-Salem Jaycees came on as co-host in 2015. With Eugene leaving in 2016, Bruce Cole spending a little time in the co-host seat and eventually Danielle Bull coming in, the trio was 2-on-1 women against Tim. Caitlin moved away and Bethany Miller is now in the “Cut Tim Down Chair.” Check out our weekly podcasts on your favorite computer, listen to us at work, or upload it to your favorite listening device for the road. We’re all over the internet. After all, we are your weekly weapon of mass distraction!

Tim was born in West Virginia and he’s not afraid to say so!  He has lived in the Winston-Salem, NC area for 30 years.  Tim has been a musician and in the musical business either directly or indirectly for over 26 years.  He loves movies, music and video games.  He became engaged to his BCPF (Beautiful Close Personal Friend) on July 31, 2011 and is quite happy with that decision! They were married in Edinburgh, Scotland in 2014.
